Active Mind


Some of you reading this may wander what I am referring too as “Active Mind “.


I would describe it is when your mind is very active preventing you from sleeping occurring during the night when you tossing & turning & eventually wake up & your mind starts racing about everything you have to do. Sounds familiar?

I first starting having disturbed sleep when my children were little and like most parents developed fantastic hearing listening out for babies to wake up .
